"An association that strives for modernity and development in serving the Palestinian community in a smart, sustainable way in agriculture, food manufacturing, technical training, and rehabilitation, while committing to social responsibility. To ensure its sustainability, it invests its available resources and maximizes returns, through a qualified team and by building community and institutional partnerships, both locally and internationally, that align with its vision, mission, goals, and responsibilities."

  1. Reforming the Arab village, improving its health and cultural standards, and enhancing the economic and social status of Arab farmers.
  2. Improving agriculture and agricultural and food industries, focusing on the environment, its care, and encouraging farming, reclamation of barren lands, and afforestation in cooperation with all relevant authorities.
  3. Establishing and managing specialized educational and training institutes in agriculture, dairy industry, and providing educational and training services to students from disadvantaged and orphaned families.
  4. Promoting livestock wealth and food industries, owning factories for dairy production and animal farms.
    Raising the skills and education of workforce in crafts such as carpentry, blacksmithing, and any other area deemed appropriate to achieve its objectives, such as establishing projects that align with the association's goals on its premises and other areas capable of achieving self-funding to ensure sustainability and growth."
