Any fully qualified natural person has the right to join the association when the required conditions are met according to the law. They must be of good character and reputation and not have been convicted in criminal or financial cases. Membership in the association is personal, non-transferable by proxy or representation, and does not pass by inheritance.
Membership Conditions:
- Any individual applying for membership in the General Assembly of the Arab Development Society must possess academic, scientific, and professional expertise closely related to the association’s goals and strategies.
- Commitment to maintaining the independence of the ADS in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The member should not have any direct or indirect shared interests with the association to avoid conflicts of interest.
- The member must not have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor that damages honor and integrity.
- The member must be at least 30 years old.
- Full payment of the required membership fee.
