The strategy is based on the valuable and creative contributions of the association’s members and employees, as well as governmental interventions that enhance transparency and governance within the institution. This reinforces its economic and developmental value, along with its historical significance and rich heritage, which cannot be separated from the strategic geopolitical importance of its location.
