The association is managed by an administrative board consisting of nine members elected by the General Assembly for a term of two years. The board's decisions are made by an absolute majority of its members, except for decisions related to signing or amending agreements concerning the association's immovable assets, which require a two-thirds majority vote of the General Assembly.
Currently, the association is overseen by an interim committee composed of seven members.
