On Saturday, July 5, 2025, the Arab Development Society (ADS) held its ordinary and extraordinary General Assembly meetings, during which the temporary committee officially handed over its responsibilities to the General Assembly. The meeting included the presentation of the administrative and financial reports for the year 2024, as well as a discussion of proposed amendments to the Society’s bylaws.
The Chair of the temporary committee, Mr. Fawzi Shaaban, delivered a detailed report highlighting the committee's major achievements during its tenure.
The meeting concluded with the election of a new Administrative Board for the Society, as follows:

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Interior Mr. Malek Taha and Mr. Israr Helaneh, Director General of the General Directorate of Non-Governmental Organizations at the Ministry of Interior. Both officials emphasized the significant role the Society plays in serving the community and promoting sustainable development across various sectors.
