Arab Development Society Receives 5 Heat-Tolerant Beehives for Field Trial in Jericho

The Arab Development Society (ADS) has received five heat-tolerant beehives, along with all necessary equipment including stands, tools, and protective beekeeping suits. The delivery was made by the Union of Palestinian Farmers' Associations, represented by Mr. Nasser Jaradat and Mr. Ibrahim Dwaik.

This initiative is part of a pilot project aimed at testing the resilience of these beehives to high temperatures in the city of Jericho, a step toward promoting climate-adapted beekeeping practices and enhancing local honey production.

The Society extends its sincere gratitude to its partners at the Union of Palestinian Farmers' Associations for their valuable support and cooperation—an example of strong partnership and joint efforts in advancing agricultural innovation and applied research in Palestine.
