milk Ingredients
  • Boiled rice
  • milk
  • cornstarch dissolved in half a cup of water 
  • Mastic
  • Rose water
  • Sugar 
Instructions
  • Place the milk in a pot on the stove and bring it to a boil, then add the cooked rice.
    Cook the mixture for 30 minutes, then add the sugar and boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
    Add the dissolved cornstarch to the milk and boil for 5 more minutes, then remove from heat.
    Grind the mastic and add it along with the rose water to the mixture.
    Serve in deep bowls, garnished with nuts as desired.
