Add salt to the flour, along with water, yeast, and vegetable oil, and knead the dough. If it sticks, add a little more oil, and leave it to rise.
In a baking dish, drizzle olive oil and spread the dough, then use your fingers to make small indentations. Sprinkle with thyme and cheese, then bake in the oven at 250°C for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!
