Instructions
  • Dissolve the yeast in a quarter cup of warm water and set the mixture aside for 10 minutes.

  • Place the dough in a bowl greased with a little oil, cover it, and refrigerate for a full day.
  • Remove the dough from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for an hour.
  • Roll out the dough into a circle using a rolling pin.
  • Brush the dough with oil, then spread the cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle oregano and ground black pepper on top.
  • Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, then serve.
