- ADS Buttermilk
- Cold butter, cut into cubes
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
- Add the butter and knead with your hands until the butter blends with the flour.
- Gradually add the buttermilk and knead with your hands for about eight minutes, until you get a soft and cohesive dough.
- Divide the dough into 12 balls, then shape each ball into a square (approximately 5 cm x 5 cm).
- Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then place the tray in the freezer for four hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C for 30 minutes.
- Bake the biscuits in the oven for 18-20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
