- Chopped strawberries
- ADS Buttermilk
- Sour cream
- Sugar
- Vanilla
- A pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a Pyrex dish, place the strawberries, sugar, and vanilla, and stir well.
- Place the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool completely.
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, buttermilk, sour cream, and salt, and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container, then place it in the freezer for one hour.
- Take the container out, and whisk with an electric mixer for two minutes, then return it to the freezer until ready to serve.
- Serve the ice cream in bowls, garnish with strawberry sauce and strawberry pieces, then enjoy.
