  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil, then add the chicken strips and stir well until golden brown. Remove the chicken

  • In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and stir until softened. Then add the flour, stirring continuously. Add the
  • chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, and mixed spices.
  • Add the chicken, thyme, and cream, and stir constantly. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • If the sauce is too thick, thin it with milk.
  • Add the soy sauce, remove the skillet from the heat, and serve the chicken hot.
