- Chicken breast
- Mushrooms
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Cream
- ADS Milk
- Chicken broth
- Thyme
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Mixed spices
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil, then add the chicken strips and stir well until golden brown. Remove the chicken
- and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and stir until softened. Then add the flour, stirring continuously. Add the
- chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and mixed spices.
- Add the chicken, thyme, and cream, and stir constantly. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- If the sauce is too thick, thin it with milk.
- Add the soy sauce, remove the skillet from the heat, and serve the chicken hot.
