Instructions

Dough:

Mix the flour with the salt and sugar, then add the oil and mix well. Add the water and knead for 10 minutes.
Once you get a smooth dough, divide it into 4 balls and let them rest for 30 minutes.

Filling:

Mix the ADS cheese with the parsley. Roll each dough ball until it becomes thin, then cut it into circles, each 10 cm in diameter. Place a teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.
Brush the edges of the dough with water, then fold the dough over the filling and press the edges tightly with a fork.

For Frying:

Fry the borek in hot oil over medium heat, using a spoon to pour hot oil over the borek to help them puff up.
When they turn golden and crispy, remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve and enjoy!
