- Sugar
- Milk
- All-purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Oil
- Egg
- Salt
- Vanilla
- Whisk the egg, then add the salt, sugar, and vanilla. You can use a regular egg beater or an electric mixer.
- Add the milk and continue whisking.
- In a separate bowl, sift the flour and baking powder several times, then add it to the previous mixture.
- Add a tablespoon of oil and mix well using a whisk or a fork.
- Prepare a non-stick pan, lightly grease it with a little oil, and pour some of the prepared batter into the pan.
- Leave it on low heat until it becomes golden brown on the bottom, then flip it to cook the other side.
- Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
- Serve the pancakes with natural honey, chocolate, or your favorite fruit.
