Instructions
  • Whisk the egg, then add the salt, sugar, and vanilla. You can use a regular egg beater or an electric mixer.
  • Add the milk and continue whisking.
  • In a separate bowl, sift the flour and baking powder several times, then add it to the previous mixture.
  • Add a tablespoon of oil and mix well using a whisk or a fork.
  • Prepare a non-stick pan, lightly grease it with a little oil, and pour some of the prepared batter into the pan.
  • Leave it on low heat until it becomes golden brown on the bottom, then flip it to cook the other side.
  • Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  • Serve the pancakes with natural honey, chocolate, or your favorite fruit.
