Grilled chicken with buttermilk marinade

milk Ingredients
  • Chicken, cut into 4 pieces
  • Buttermilk
  • Dill
  • Crushed garlic
  • Red chili (hot)
  • Paprika
  • Curry powder
  • Ground cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for two hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
  • Place the chicken with the marinade in a Pyrex dish, then cover it with aluminum foil.
    Bake the chicken in the oven for 75 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, then return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes, until the top turns golden brown.
  • Serve the chicken on plates and enjoy it hot with rice or pasta.
