
Ingredients
- Chicken, cut into 4 pieces
- Buttermilk
- Dill
- Crushed garlic
- Red chili (hot)
- Paprika
- Curry powder
- Ground cumin
- Turmeric
- Salt
- Black pepper
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for two hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken with the marinade in a Pyrex dish, then cover it with aluminum foil.
Bake the chicken in the oven for 75 minutes. - Remove the foil, then return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes, until the top turns golden brown.
- Serve the chicken on plates and enjoy it hot with rice or pasta.
