- Pasta
- Minced meat
- Buttermilk
- Fresh coriander
- Salt
- Chicken broth
- White pepper
- Onion
- Vegetable oil
- Almonds / Pine nuts (for garnish)
- Boil the pasta in salted boiling water according to the time mentioned on the package.
- Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water.
- In a pot, fry the onion until it softens.
- Add the minced meat and stir until cooked, adding a pinch of salt and white pepper (you can add a crumbled Maggi cube or skip it).
- After about 10 minutes, pour the buttermilk over the meat and stir until the ingredients are mixed (but do not let the buttermilk boil; when the first bubble appears at the edge of the pot, remove it from the heat to prevent curdling).
- Sprinkle the fresh coriander and mix everything together.
- Add the buttermilk mixture over the pasta and mix.
- Garnish with pine nuts or almonds and serve the dish. Enjoy your meal!
