Instructions
  • Mix the rice flour, coconut, cornstarch, and mastic in a bowl, then pour half a cup of water over them and stir until well combined.
  • Place the milk on the stove, then add the sahlab mixture before it heats up and stir well.
  • Once it starts to boil, add the sugar and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
  • Pour the sahlab into cups and garnish with peanuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
